Vol. 1 · No. 3
A consent replacement, a splash-pad workshop, a CIP first reading.
Three packets name the play area before anyone posts a bid
SAMPLE issue. This is the shape of a Monday: school-board and parks packets posted last week that mention structures, pour-in-place, splash, or shade. Agenda stage. Not BidNet. Not DemandStar.
Cedar Ridge Community School District · meeting Aug 18, 2026
Lincoln Elementary play structure sits on the consent agenda, PIP as a separate line
The facilities portion of the Aug 18 packet includes replacement of the 1998 play structure at Lincoln Elementary. Poured-in-place surfacing is called out on its own line, not bundled into the structure quote.
No invitation to bid, no purchasing memo, no opening date. The item asks the board to accept the facilities committee recommendation and direct staff to prepare procurement. That is the week the dealer still has a name and a site, not a bid number.
High Desert Recreation District · meeting Aug 20, 2026
Pioneer Park splash pad and shade over the play area go to workshop, not to bid
Workshop item 4 is recirculation rehab on the Pioneer Park splash pad, with a staff note that the adjacent play area has no shade. Staff is asked to return in September with a capital request that can cover both.
The packet attaches a 2024 inspection photo set and a one-page options matrix (repair in place vs. full basin replacement). There is no specification set and no bid calendar.
Mill Creek Township Parks · meeting Aug 19, 2026
Two neighborhood parks added to the CIP for pour-in-place — first reading
A CIP amendment on first reading adds pour-in-place surfacing at Maple Court and Ridgeline neighborhood parks. Engineered wood fiber is named as the existing surface. The staff memo cites accessibility complaints, not a completed design.
Second reading is calendared for September. No installer, no product, no bid. The play areas are named. The dollars are not yet a solicitation.
SAMPLE. Public government agendas only. Nothing in this issue is a bid solicitation.
